Tutorial week 5- Numbers, Dates and Times

1. Format a user input number to all possible locales.
2. Format a user input currency to all possible locales.
3. Write a program which converts a formatted number from one locale to another. The user should be able to choose the two locales. W hat happens when a number is entered which does not fit the formatting of the chosen input locale?
4. Work out a way of printing out a set of numbers in the following decimal aligned format:
   • 34.02
   • 234.23
   • 23.34
